Customer Reviews
Loved my matinee tickets!
I got matinee tickets for Stranger Things: The First Shadow and had such a fantastic time! The website was super easy to navigate, found my seats quickly, and checkout was a breeze. Everything worked perfectly when I got to the Marquis Theatre. The show was incredible. I'm already planning my next trip to NYC and will absolutely be using Broadway Direct again for tickets! This was a perfect experience.
Decent prices, minor website issue
I bought some weekend tickets for Stranger Things: The First Shadow. The prices were fair for premium seating, though not exactly a steal. The checkout process was mostly smooth, but I had a small glitch where the page refreshed during payment, making me re-enter my details. It eventually went through, and the e-tickets arrived promptly. The show itself was great, no complaints there. Customer service wasn't needed, which is always good. Overall, a decent way to get tickets, but they could fine-tune the website a bit more.
Smooth experience, helpful support
I purchased two evening performance tickets for Stranger Things: The First Shadow through Broadway Direct. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I easily selected my preferred date and mezzanine seating. Confirmation arrived instantly. Delivery was electronic, naturally, and the e-tickets were simple to access on my phone at the Marquis Theatre. I had a question about the bag policy beforehand and used their online chat support; the agent was quick to respond and very helpful. The quality of the tickets was as expected, and entry to the theatre was seamless. Overall, a solid platform for booking.
Tickets worked, show was good
Bought balcony tickets for Stranger Things. Website was fine. Got the tickets fast. Show was long but good. No issues at the theater. Will use again.
Good lottery price, easy process
I tried the digital lottery for Stranger Things: The First Shadow and actually won! The tickets were $49 each, which felt like a really good deal for orchestra seating. The whole process was smooth, from entering to getting the notification. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth for such a popular show.
